About Me
Since 2009 permanent weight loss coach JoLynn Braley has been personally coaching her amazing coaching clients OUT of their limiting belief that kept them fat and INTO struggle-free weight loss that lasts. JoLynn's clients are smart successful women (and a few cool men!) who already know what to eat and how to exercise but because of their Fat Beliefs, they are unable to consistently live healthy and fit.
